Currently, we are seeking to fill the positions of:

ASSISTANT ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) assisting the Association Manager with day-to-day operations, negotiating and overseeing contracts, site inspections, budgeting, project management, managing service bids and contractors, and preparing for and conducting association meetings.

Skills required are: ability to work independently and in a team environment, organization, prioritization, follow-up, time management, problem solving, ability to speak in front of small and large groups.
Computer proficient and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Seeking candidates with at least two (2) years of property management or real estate management experience. Some after-hours rotating on-call responsibilities and
meetings.

ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Seeking to hire an Association Manager to work with communites in Birmingham. 

Candidate must have demonstrated customer service, problem solving, written communication skills and a positive team attitude. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must. Must have the ability to adapt and learn in a fast paced environment, pay attention to detail and follow directions. Experience with community event planning, property management and / or facilitating maintenance repair work are helpful but not required.
